Furthermore, women builders in Sydney aren’t very common, so our diversity in that field widens our abilities and perspectives too.
The Middlewoman also offers a full Building & Project Management Service to help you with all aspects of the Design and Construction of your Renovation Building work, including helping you move in!
Services we offer include but are not limited to; Extensions, Renovations, House Designs, Council Applications, Repairs, Maintenance, Landscaping & All the final touches (carpentry, fly screens, curtains etc.).
This is an honest, personalised and friendly way of “getting things done” in your home and for your business. Our Director Sarah is always available by phone to answer questions or resolve any project difficulties you may have. This is so we can familiarise ourselves with you more, providing you with better long term service. Our trades people and service providers all have the appropriate licenses and insurances. Also, when a trades person is recommended to The Middlewoman (either by a client or another tradesperson) , we thoroughly check references so that we are sure they can to do the high quality work we require. We encourage service providers themselves to give us feedback on the other trades, so we collectively maintain the best possible standard of work and service. For example: The painter will give his feedback on the plasterer or the plumber about the tiller. If they don’t think the work or behaviour is of the best possible standard we investigate why and rectify any problems. We also encourage you to give us feedback on the service you receive so that we can all collectively provide the best building and project management experience to all future clients.
