About
Our Process
We believe that a clear process is the foundation of every successful project. By outlining each step, we set the right expectations and ensure transparency from start to finish. Over time, we’ve refined our approach to create a smooth experience for our clients, which is why we consistently receive outstanding feedback.
Step 1
Initial Conversation
Once you have submitted your enquiry online or via email, we will call you back to ensure it’s something we can assist with, then we will organise a suitable time to meet for a free consultation.
One of our Project Managers, usually our Director Sarah, will come to you at a time that suits to discuss the work needed, have a look on site ourselves and consider all the different aspects of the project, which should take no longer than 1 hour.
WHAT WE DISCUSS
- Rough costs for the project you need assistance with
- Guidance through The Middlewoman process
- Adaptability and accessibility considerations
- Council guidelines and restrictions
- Site suitability and limitations
Step 2
Conceptualise the Idea
DESIGN
We will design to your needs and circumstances whilst ensuring we abide by the regulations of your local council and other relevant bodies.
GIVING YOU OPTIONS
We work with you to provide a few options on how things could look in the end, allowing you to truly be a part of your project, without having any of the behind the scenes hassle.
Step 3
Development Applications / Approvals
Once we are past the design stage and have signed off on the project to go ahead, we prepare all relevant drawings and documents to provide to relevant authorities to seek approval (where needed) for the work to go ahead.
We streamline the process for you
Step 4
Your Selections
Following approvals being processed and attained, we then get started on the project in question. As the more substantial work and build go ahead, we work together to choose all finishes and small touches to make your house even more of a home, no matter what the project is.
SELECTING TOGETHER
We assist in bringing your visions into reality.
You have the option to work with our experiances interior designer who makes the selections process as enjoyable and stress free as possible. The journey we take you on allows us to learn what you like and want and provide a truly tailored design you will love.
Step 5
Pulling it all together!
The process we have has been adapted over the years but is truly the best you will find. Along with the trusted team of tradespeople we regularly work with. We are really careful with who we use because our work has to be completed to the highest quality be it with high end materials or much more budget conscious materials.
Step 6
Handover
Leaving you in confidence with your finished product is what we want. This is why we put together a small package of documents for you that shows official documentation the council may require in the future, our warranties, DA approvals, relevant contacts for future work needed, and more – to ensure you are left happy and confident in your new space.
